Precision All Natural™ Whey Isolate
½ cup Precision All Natural™ Whey Isolate (Double Chocolate Chunk)
3 tbsp. almond butter
½ cup ground oats
2 tbsp. coconut flour
2 tbsp. ground almonds
½ cup water
4 squares any type of chocolate (for coating)
Blend together all ingredients (except for the chocolate. Shape the mixture into balls.
Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler (i.e. a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water).
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat it (using a spatula is best for this job).
Place the balls in the fridge for an hour or the freezer for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Wrap in tin foil to carry the balls with you and/or eat right away.
